Wife is worried about having potential negative feelings after first swing experience...what should I tell her to calm her down? Any advice?

I just did my first sharing of my man last night. Honestly there was some jealousy on my part and that will probably never change. Women love differently than men. I have to have some things that remain ours and ours alone. Set some ground rules and follow them. Dont lie and dont fuck around without your partner. Just my opinion.
